HomeSmart LiveSmart ("we", "us") runs homesmartlivesmart.com, where we sell digital smart home guides. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect and what we do with it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you buy a guide: your name, email address and billing details, so we can process your order and send your download. When you join our mailing list: your name and email address. When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To deliver the guide you bought and send your receipt and download link. To answer your questions at support@homesmartlivesmart.com. To send one short follow-up email after your purchase to check how you're getting on. To send our newsletter, but only if you signed up for it — you can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing. Ever.
