Welcome to HomeSmart LiveSmart. These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. By buying from homesmartlivesmart.com you agree to them.
WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
Our products are digital guides — PDF downloads (the Gold Plan also includes an Excel budget planner). Nothing is shipped. Your download link appears as soon as payment completes and is also emailed to you. Download links stay active for 30 days, so please download your files promptly and keep your own copy. Lost your link? Email us and we'll sort it.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euro at checkout. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider when you place your order.
REFUNDS
Because our guides are digital downloads that you receive instantly and keep forever, all sales are final. By completing your purchase you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately, and you acknowledge that this means you lose the 14-day cooling-off right that applies to most online purchases under EU law once a download has begun. Your statutory rights still apply if something is genuinely wrong: if your file is faulty, corrupted or you can't access it, email support@homesmartlivesmart.com and we'll fix it or refund you.
PERSONAL USE ONLY
Your guide is licensed to you and your household. Please don't share, copy, resell or post it online — it's the work of a real person, not a big company. If you'd like to use our material commercially, ask us first.
GOLD PLAN EMAIL SUPPORT
The Gold Plan includes 6 months of email support from the date of purchase. We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Support covers questions about the topics in the guides — it isn't a substitute for a qualified installer.
ABOUT OUR ADVICE
Our guides share real experience and honest, independent recommendations. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific home. Products, prices, apps and regulations change after publication — always confirm details before buying, and always use a qualified electrician or installer for wiring and mains work. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for purchase decisions, installations or damages arising from use of our guides. You stay in charge of your own build.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If we update these terms we'll change the date at the top. The version in place when you bought applies to your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
